Basketball Stadium Safety Checklist and Annual Venue Safety Audit

Welcome to the Basketball Australia Annual Safety Audit and Venue Safety Checklist website.

This resource is to aid associations and clubs to provide a safe environment for their participants, volunteers, officials and spectators.

There are two checklists:

• Annual Venue Audit – This only needs to be completed once per year for each venue.
• Venue Safety Checklist – This should be completed prior to each day's activity to help provide a safe environment.

Completed audits and safety checklists will be emailed back to the person completing them and your state association.

In addition, there is an Incident report and a link to the website containing details on the national insurance program.
